Job Summary
Senior Knowledge Manager IC4 focused on building and governing ClearScore's knowledge corpus. You will function as hands-on librarian/documentarian/data steward and as a strategic knowledge architect, establishing standards, owning the canonical index, and coordinating a federated network of domain owners and maintainers. Responsibilities include rolling out a Knowledge Strategy endorsed by executives, separating authoritative knowledge from working documents, maintaining and ensuring freshness of the knowledge corpus, mapping domains to fill knowledge gaps, and integrating structured learning outputs from major decisions, incidents, and launches.
