Job Summary
Senior Knowledge Engineer to develop ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs; drive governance and semantic strategies; shape the next-generation data architecture and tooling; collaborate with data and software engineering; enable metadata harmonization across systems and domains; contribute to strategic initiatives and open data efforts; requires strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and experience with semantic web technologies and cloud services.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with taxonomy and ontology development
- semantic web technologies (RDF, RDFS, OWL)
- experience with linked data and knowledge graphs
- cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Programming skills (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- data governance and metadata management
- ability to communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders
- experience with semantic tooling (e.g., VocBench, TopQuadrant, PoolParty, RDFLib)
