Job Summary
Senior Kitchen Manager role guiding daily kitchen operations to support the General Manager’s vision, driving excellence in food quality, safety, portioning, and waste control; leading Taste Plate coaching, overseeing catering/off-premise execution, maintaining organization of kitchen tools/smallwares, and partnering on P&L and vendor relationships to meet financial goals. Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cost analysis, invoicing and GL coding, staff scheduling and development, hiring Culinary Trainers, and ensuring health/safety compliance (including Steritech audits and ServSafe certification). The position emphasizes team leadership, menu-standard adherence, and controlling costs while delivering consistent, high-quality hospitality experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred
- Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required
