Job Summary
Senior Key Account Specialist responsible for achieving annual sales objectives within the Malaysian market, managing key accounts, developing daily call planning, utilizing SFDC for territory management, executing quarterly promotional objectives, securing/promoting point-of-sale merchandising, and providing operational support including order processing, returns, and credit terms while traveling within the territory and maintaining strong customer relationships across distributors, retailers, and optical outlets.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, key account management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
