Job Summary
Senior-level role to manage strategic consumer tech key accounts in Japan. Develop and execute strategies for key accounts, design scalable campaigns and programs aligned with sales goals, and engage with leaders who own/influence decisions. Drive product ranging, pricing, and sales terms discussions; manage forecasting (sell-in/sell-through/inventory) and budget planning with accuracy; analyze competitors for benchmarking; monitor and optimize key account performance against KPIs. Work closely with the sales director and local function leads to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong sales account management background in mobile and/or consumer electronics
- Proven track record to grow the business
- Understanding of sales structures and schemes
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Deep knowledge of the mobile, audio and tech industries
- Broad network including C-level executives at partner companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with focus on KPIs
- Bilingual: fluent in Japanese and business level in English
