Job Summary
Senior Key Account Manager leading and expanding strategic customer partnerships across Mexico, driving sustainable revenue growth across key retail channels. Acts as primary commercial contact, collaborates with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, and international teams to deliver top-tier execution, maximize business performance, and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing and growing strategic retail accounts, developing annual account plans, driving sell-in/sell-through, identifying new business opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, coordinating with Demand Planning and Supply Chain for forecasts and inventory, presenting product launches and category insights, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating with LATAM/global teams to align regional priorities. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial leadership roles
- Experience managing and growing large retail or strategic customer accounts
- Proven negotiation, forecasting, and business-planning experience
- Data-driven sales and account-growth strategy experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and financial acumen with ability to interpret sales performance and metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities with strong preference for Spanish and English
