Job Summary
Senior Key Account Manager to manage and grow a national portfolio across Australia, develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and retention, build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders, identify and secure new business opportunities across market segments, lead commercial discussions and negotiations, monitor performance and provide insights, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Revenue, Finance, Legal and Distribution to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. The role combines a remote Head Office position with regular travel across Australia, with an emphasis on hotels, accommodation, tourism or hospitality backgrounds and multiple market segments (corporate, travel management, leisure, group, government or strategic partnerships). The role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, analytical skills, CRM usage, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
