Job Summary
Senior Key Account Manager for Global Partnerships responsible for driving global business development across the full portfolio of Red Bull assets in sports, culture, brand and media. Lead end-to-end sales processes from market analysis, client outreach, proposals and pricing to final negotiations and contracting of partnership agreements, with delivery management in a dynamic environment. Requires deep marketing and partnerships expertise, CRM stewardship, data-driven storytelling, and a strong network of brand contacts. Located at Global HQ in Salzburg (Fuschl), in-person role with a focus on international partnership growth and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing or a similar subject
- 3+ years’ work experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships
- People management experience
- Fluency in English. German and other languages is a plus
- Demonstrable track record in securing successful brand partnerships.
- Demonstrable track record in developing marketing assets (events, content)
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities
- Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills
- Outgoing personality who thrives on cooperative thinking
- Broad network of brand contacts at global decision-maker level
