Job Summary
Senior Key Account Manager role based in Frankfurt (3 days/week) responsible for developing and executing account plans, driving profitable sales growth across the German portfolio, launching new product categories, and managing promotions and trade-show activities. Key activities include building and executing market-focused strategies, forecasting, negotiating favorable terms with retailers, representing SharkNinja positively online and offline, coordinating online/offline/off-page initiatives, identifying new retailers, and collaborating with product, marketing, and digital teams to achieve sales and margin targets. Must be fluent in English and German, with strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills, and a track record of 7+ years in sales experience in this domain.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English and German
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience
- Experience in building sales and marketing strategy by market
- Excel, PowerPoint, Presentation skills & Microsoft skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive opportunities
