Job Summary
Senior Key Account Manager, Civil & Defense Aerospace – Americas responsible for implementing and executing the sales plan for Civil & Defense Aerospace clients in the Americas (USA, Canada, Brazil), managing selected key accounts from opportunity to contract closure, coordinating with USA/Europe teams, developing proposals, forecasting revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves overseeing the entire sales process, coordinating meetings and trainings to demonstrate the value of TTTECH solutions, collaborating with USA and European executives, product management, and engineering teams, with a remote-friendly option and a preference for local presence near Andover, MA. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant engineering/computing fields, aerospace electronics/systems background, 5-7 years in relevant sales/program management/business development, strong client-need qualification and solution recommendations, excellent communication/presentation, cross-team coordination, travel up to 50%, and US citizenship or permanent residency.
Required Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics or Aerospace Engineering, or similar field is required
- Background in Aerospace electronics and/or systems required
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a sales, program management or business development role in the Aerospace electronics or systems industry
- The proven ability to qualify client's needs and follow-up with recommendations for solutions best suited to their needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Being able to work closely and coordinate with the multiple matrixed internal departmental teams, also on an international basis
- Great organizational skills with attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Due to industry technical data regulations, applicant must be a US citizen or US Permanent Resident
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
