Senior Job Cost Accountant (Req #: 1417)

Senior Job Cost Accountant responsible for overseeing and supporting day-to-day accounting across Peckham Road Corp., Palmer Paving Corp., and T. Miozzi, LLC, with a focus on job costing, work-in-progress analysis, and operational reporting for paving operations. Acts as a critical link between Finance and Construction Operations to ensure financial results reflect field performance, with high visibility across the organization and opportunities for growth into broader financial leadership. Key duties include leading job cost reporting and WIP analysis, ensuring accurate job setup and cost projections with Project Managers, Estimators, and Contract Administrators, coordinating with subcontract and purchase commitments, enhancing financial and operational reporting, performing variance analyses, supporting audits, budgeting and forecasting, and providing actionable insights to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Reports to the Construction Controller and indirectly to the Vice President of Construction.
