Senior Job Captain - Chicago High Density

Direct internal staff members, coordinate with consultants, and knit project inspiration to project documents for multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use buildings. Master internal workflow, order, timeline, and tasks to reach milestones effectively. Act as the collector for project criteria and design story by collaborating with junior and senior team members. Work to become a trusted team resource for the technical execution of the design. Develop expertise in connecting with clients and consultants for the benefit of the project. Lead the creation and coordination of documents that bring the design story into built form.
