Senior Job Captain, Architecture

Lead project coordination with consultant teams across all phases—site planning through construction administration—to deliver contract documents for permits and construction. Prepare Revit-based project documents, utilize resource groups for design, and produce high-quality construction documents while performing code searches and analysis. Assist the Project Manager or Architect with construction services, including site visits, shop drawing reviews, schedule preparation, budget reviews, and submittal assistance for jurisdiction agencies. Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal staff to ensure smooth project execution.
