Senior JD Edwards ERP Analyst

Job Summary
Manage the daily health of the global JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 environment as a Tier 1 and 2 analyst, handling profile maintenance, security setup, and terminations. Monitor batch job scheduling, health check reports, and logs to resolve issues before impacting business operations. Track incidents in ServiceNow, analyze tickets for root causes, and oversee interfaces and integrity reports to guide user resolutions. Ensure data integrity during month, quarter, and year-end financial close processes while troubleshooting procurement approval routes and delegations. Develop troubleshooting manuals and training guides to enable end-user self-sufficiency, and contribute expertise to system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of JDE Procurement and Financial workflows
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in an operations, business or technical analyst role
- A Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with All Out Security (AOS)
- Knowledge of Smart Scheduler
- Experience with Version1 Approval Express
- Knowledge of OMW and project promotion activities
- Familiarity with DMAAIs, Orchestrator, Scanman (OCR), and SQL
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel and ServiceNow for incident management and reporting
