Job Summary
Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java 17, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Architect scalable, secure backend systems, design RESTful APIs and SOAP services, and integrate Kafka for event-driven communication. Deploy containerized applications via Docker and Kubernetes on Microsoft Azure, ensuring code quality through static analysis and enforcing best practices. Support integration and performance testing efforts while driving technical decisions in solution architecture discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall experience in Java-based application development
- Senior-level expertise in Core Java, JVM fundamentals, and enterprise application architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices
- Proven experience in developing SOAP services and REST APIs
- Solid experience with Kafka and Redis
- Hands-on knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience using Git, GitHub Actions, Maven for version control and build automation
- Practical exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem
- Experience in code quality governance, static analysis tools, and best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Support integration testing efforts, preferably using Cucumber, and participate in performance and load testing
