Job Summary
Design and develop backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, building and maintaining event-driven microservices with Apache Kafka. Manage Kafka producers, consumers, topics, and partitions while implementing asynchronous communication between services. Troubleshoot consumer lag, message failures, and performance bottlenecks by applying error handling, retry mechanisms, and dead-letter queues. Optimize Java applications and monitor production logs and Kafka clusters to resolve root-cause issues. Write unit and integration tests, collaborate on code reviews, and work with DevOps teams for CI/CD and containerized deployments. Perform root-cause analysis and ensure fault-tolerant distributed systems. Gain real production infrastructure exposure in a fast-paced environment where high-reliability solutions are deployed to clients.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments

- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues
