Job Summary
Senior Java Engineer to develop SaaS solutions in an Agile environment, contributing as a full-stack developer for backend databases and APIs while also supporting frontend UI development. Leads and collaborates with a team of engineers to deliver quality software per company standards, takes ownership of delivery of project components, and requires experience with AWS, IoT, microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and frontend technologies (Angular/React, HTML5, TypeScript). Location-based in Ahmedabad, Pune, or Indore, India; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 6-12 years of overall software development experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in AWS preferably on IoT stack
- 2-4 years experience in frontend (Angular / React), HTML5, TypeScript, REST API Client and Web UI development
- Java programming skills, Spring Boot, REST API, microservices and SQL
- Understanding of frontend technology (Angular / React) and how it leverages backend systems
- Experience with large-scale cloud-based development using microservices architecture on AWS
- Experience with Agile software development practices and continuous delivery
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with leading teams of developers, testers, DevOps with good customer and stakeholder management
