Job Summary
The Senior Java Developer will execute end-to-end development and testing of software products within an agile lifecycle. Responsibilities include partnering with technical and business stakeholders to refine the product vision, designing solutions, ensuring quality through manual and automated tests, and supporting new software in production. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in Java Application Development or IT Systems Testing, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields. Key skills include expert-level Java coding, functional testing, DevOps capabilities, and extensive knowledge in application design and architecture.
Required Qualifications
- At least eight years of work experience in Java Application Development / IT Systems Testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent work experience

- DevOps capabilities - containers, cloud, automation, security, configuration management, CI/CD
- Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture

- Strong understanding of Information Management
- Extensive knowledge in product/vendor management and change control
- Experience in Unit Testing and Agile Software Development (typically Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

- Creative, flexible, and willing to adapt
- Strong understanding of system and network architecture
- Ability to identify, resolve, and retest defects
- Expert skills in service virtualization, test case modeling, and test data management tools and processes
- Demonstrated technical leadership

- Expert knowledge in CI/CD solutions, such as Jenkins and Maven
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and communication/leadership skills
