Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Build scalable microservices and optimize RESTful APIs while ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Write clean, tested code, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and contribute to CI/CD pipelines. This role requires 4–9 years of Java experience and offers hybrid work arrangements with comprehensive medical and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 4–9 years of hands-on experience in Java application development
- Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8/11/17+)
- Proven experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, or similar
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Apache Spark for data processing and analytics
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
