Job Summary
Develop, investigate, diagnose, and resolve application performance issues while designing, developing, and testing components that deliver reliable, stable, and operationally sound systems. Specify interfaces, translate logical designs into physical specifications, and conduct quick POC development for technical solution feasibility. Lead an agile team by reviewing individual and team work, providing guidance, and ensuring consistent application of tools, standards, and processes to support risk and compliance. Employ CI/CD and DevOps practices to leverage existing platform services, with a focus on emerging technologies and customer-facing web application design. Requires at least five years of Java & J2EE experience, three years on AWS, and strong REST API skills within an enterprise Java application environment.
Required Qualifications
- Atleast 5 + years' experience of Java & J2EE experience
- At least 3 years of experience on AWS
- Significant Agile experience
- experience leading an agile team
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Strong problem solving / analytical skills
- Demonstrated understanding of application performance and capacity concerns
Desired Qualifications
- Product implementation experience i.e., deploying vendor product on cloud
