Senior Java Developer with AVP title leading design, development, and maintenance of robust microservices using Java 17+ (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, Kafka) and containerized/cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Responsibilities include driving architecture, delivering scalable and secure microservices, collaborating with product owners and architects, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and advancing CI/CD and DevOps practices. Requires 8-10 years of Java experience, strong communication, and hands-on expertise in RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, and modern software practices.
