Job Summary
Develop and maintain applications within the Consumer Finance area, designing new backend functionalities and integrating AI-driven solutions. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security. Build and implement RAG, vector databases, and LLM-based agents to deliver real business impact in the banking sector. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and the opportunity to influence product development and system architecture. You will work with experienced engineers on stable, long-term projects using a hybrid model with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Proven commercial experience as a Senior Java Developer
- Strong expertise in Java
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot
- Strong expertise in Spring Security
- Strong expertise in Hibernate
- Strong expertise in JPA
- Strong expertise in REST
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL
- Practical experience using AI in real projects, beyond everyday coding assistants
- Hands-on knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Hands-on knowledge of Vector databases
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs
- Hands-on knowledge of AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems
- Hands-on knowledge of Data-driven AI solutions
- Ability to design and implement AI-based solutions independently
- Polish and English language skills at B2 level or higher
