Job Summary
Manage IT support operations in Germany and remote locations across Europe, handling hardware repairs, software installation, and network troubleshooting for retail and corporate sites. Coordinate daily task prioritization with the IT team, resolve printer and multifunction device issues, and deploy PCs, Macs, and telephones using ITSM tools to meet SLAs. Perform onsite cabling, router/switch/firewall configuration, and equipment lifecycle management while escalating unresolved tickets to third-party groups. Maintain spare part and loaner pool inventory, contribute to knowledge base creation, and support new joiner onboarding and infrastructure for payment terminals. Requires full-time onsite presence in Munich with 20% travel within Europe and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Proven ability to deliver multi-site infrastructure related projects
- The ability to manage multiple projects / activities at a time, and to prioritise appropriately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work outside of working hours as necessary
- The ability and visa authority to travel 20% of the time within Europe
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- A solid, working understanding of Windows domain services (DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, etc.)
- Fluent in German and English
- Must have authorization to work and remain in Germany
- Full-time onsite presence
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant technical qualification (MCITP / CCNA / VCP etc.)
- Experience in delivering UCaaS / CCaaS technologies
- Experience working across multiple regions and cultures
