Senior IT Systems Engineer II (AI Native)

Senior IT Systems Engineer II responsible for leading cross-domain SaaS identity and infrastructure work in a remote-first, US-based environment. You’ll serve as the senior escalation point for IT Help Desk on identity, SaaS platforms, MDM, and authentication issues; own Okta and broader identity stack (SSO, SCIM, group rules, authentication policies); design and maintain Life360’s SaaS estate (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Kandji/Iru, Intune, Atlassian, GitHub, AWS) with emphasis on integration, governance, and lifecycle. You’ll evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools to accelerate troubleshooting and create AI-assisted workflows; contribute low-code automations and scripts; define IT processes for scalable identity lifecycle and access governance; maintain up-to-date technical documentation and SOPs; mentor junior engineers; participate in on-call rotations. Requires deep Okta expertise (Okta Certified Administrator or higher strongly preferred) and hands-on experience across the listed platforms, IaC (Terraform), networking fundamentals, Zero Trust and CIS hardening, and proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript) and AI governance.
