Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions for manufacturing, supply chain, and finance systems. Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for ERP, MES, and enterprise application enhancements while designing solutions aligned with global architecture standards. Lead end-to-end system analysis, troubleshoot complex incidents, and coordinate root cause resolutions for enterprise platforms and third-party integrations. Develop process maps, workflows, and technical documentation to support testing activities and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices within global digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience supporting enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, or logistics
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise architecture concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A pre-employment background check, including a criminal record check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing consultants
- Experience with INFOR XA and AS400
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
- Microsoft tools certifications, other certifications such as CBAP, PMP, ITIL, or any relevant ERP certifications
- Experience avec LIMS
