Job Summary
Senior IT Systems Analyst to support Epicor ERP, Hyperion, NetSuite, and other financial reporting/consolidation platforms; stabilize manual processes, identify automation opportunities, own and support system integrations, reconciliation, and data validation; partner with Finance to ensure accurate data flow and reporting; support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple systems; support SOX ITGCs and audit evidence; prepare audit-ready documentation; act as liaison during internal and external audits; lead functional analysis for enhancements, upgrades, and fixes; collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting ERP and financial systems
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP and familiarity with ERP processes (Epicor preferred)
- Experience with Hyperion, NetSuite, or OneStream
- Experience in a SOX-compliant, heavily audited environment
- Solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Close & Reporting
- Experience building/modifying integrations using API and file transfer protocols
- Experience with middleware and API tools for new integrations
- Strong documentation, process-mapping, and communication skills
