Job Summary
Manage and prioritize IT incidents in 1st and 2nd level support, handling Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and standard software for B2B clients. Perform setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows clients, peripherals, servers, and Active Directory while documenting solutions and system environments. Assist with rollouts, updates, and smaller IT projects. After successful onboarding, assume technical responsibility and coordinate the support team. Required Qualifications
- Mehrfjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support / Helpdesk
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365
- Sichere Nutzung von Ticketsystemen
- Sichere Nutzung von Remote-Support-Tools
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
