Job Summary
Deliver advanced troubleshooting and resolution for internet and network issues, including escalated cases from first-level support. Provide in-depth support for Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, manage email systems, and diagnose printer and multifunctional device connectivity problems. Conduct user training sessions, prepare technical documentation, and support business-critical applications like ERP, CAD, and CAM systems. Administer endpoint and mobile device management solutions including Endpoint Central, MDM, and ServiceDesk Plus. Participate in process automation initiatives and evaluate new software solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Information Technology
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High sense of responsibility and customer-oriented attitude
- Good command of Latvian and English
- Position Location: Riga, Latvia (On-site role)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Experience supporting ERP/PDM systems
