Job Summary
Senior IT Support Specialist who serves as the primary on-site IT resource at the Pinellas Park facility and provides remote support to other locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues; deploying and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices; administering Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking equipment; managing user accounts and device lifecycles; contributing to cybersecurity initiatives (endpoint protection, patch management, backups, monitoring, and user security awareness); supporting ERP and manufacturing software; coordinating with vendors; documenting configurations and procedures; assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity; providing end-user technology training; and occasional travel to other locations (e.g., North Port) for projects and maintenance. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; ability to work independently and with teams; willingness to learn new technologies; and ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
