Job Summary

Senior IT Support Engineer responsible for delivering advanced Level 3 support across hardware, software, network, and infrastructure; act as the escalation point for complex incidents; mentor and guide 1st/2nd line engineers; support onboarding and training of new team members; manage Windows Server environments, AD/GP, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365; oversee network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, backups, disaster recovery, and security controls; contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base; participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives; drive cybersecurity initiatives and IT audits.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware and/or Hyper-V).
  • Experience with endpoint security and device management.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
