Job Summary
Support a wide range of clients and technologies with excellent variety in daily work, including Microsoft cloud tools, Office 365 Administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure & Intune. Resolve technical issues across Windows Server 2012+, Windows 10/11, Group Policy, SharePoint, and Teams while working directly with clients in a busy MSP environment. This single hire for a Senior Level 2 Engineer enjoys solving technical problems and staying hands-on in a dynamic setting. You must be based in Dublin and legally eligible to work in Ireland, with current or previous MSP experience and relevant Microsoft certifications. Full mentoring is provided for further certification growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current or previous MSP experience
- Microsoft certifications – MS-102, AZ-104, MCSA or MCSE
- Office 365 Administration
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure & Intune
- Windows Server 2012+
- Windows 10/11, Group Policy, SharePoint, Teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent, professional English
- Based in Dublin
