Job Summary
Senior IT Support Analyst responsible for hands-on end-user IT support (L1/L2), including desktop/mobile hardware troubleshooting, Zoom, on/off-boarding, and IP phone support, primarily supporting Manila-based users; collaborates with global IT teams on deployments and projects, maintains asset inventories, and ensures security/compliance in end-user computing. Requires a Bachelor's in IT, 4+ years in financial services/Investment banking tech, familiarity with Bloomberg/IRESS/Thomson Reuters, Windows desktops, networking, and trading technologies; strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously or in a small team, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology discipline
- More than 4 years of IT experience with in financial services and familiarity with Investment banking like Trading
- Knowledge of IT platforms and system support in relevant areas across mobile and workspace, Windows desktop, network connectivity, voice technologies and datacenter management
- Knowledge of trading technologies and market data platforms used in the local market environment (Bloomberg/IRESS/Thomson Reuters)
- Strong end user focus and can-do attitude
- Great communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to deal with conflicting and ever changing priorities
- Experience in providing face to face and remote Support for internal/external applications
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Analytically minded, logical problem solver who is able to think outside the square
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team
