Job Summary
Senior IT Supervisor at Medtronic leads delivery management and team execution across Hyperautomation initiatives (RPA, Process Mining, AI/ML, Analytics automation). Establishes agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), drives on-time delivery with first-time quality, and mentors developers to enhance productivity. Responsible for end-to-end portfolio delivery, escalation handling, budget/forecasting, vendor accountability, and stakeholder communication. Provides architectural guidance, aligns automation with enterprise guardrails, and promotes continuous improvement through retrospectives and operational excellence routines. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MCA, or MSc and 10+ years of IT experience with hyperautomation tool stacks; hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Snowflake, and Power BI. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to translate technical progress into business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MCA, or MSc
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Hyperautomation tool stack (RPA, Process Mining, AI/ML, Analytics)
- Demonstrated experience leading delivery execution for enterprise initiatives (schedule, scope, risk, dependency management)
- Strong people leadership experience (coaching, performance feedback, talent development, improving engineering productivity)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability (presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences)
- Hands-on familiarity with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Snowflake, Power BI (and related analytics/automation ecosystem)
- Nice to have: experience delivering global/multi-technology solutions; experience with reusable automation components; Copilot adoption/governance
