Senior IT Supervisor

Senior IT Supervisor responsible for delivery management across Hyperautomation initiatives (RPA, Process Mining, AI/ML, Analytics automation). Lead end-to-end delivery, ensure on-time delivery with first-time quality, enforce Definition of Done and release readiness, and manage scope, schedule, dependencies, RAID, and governance with PMs. Motivate and develop a team of developers/engineers, monitor productivity with metrics, provide regular feedback and targeted training, and foster a continuous improvement culture. Implement standard Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), drive capacity planning and forecasting, and ensure engineering hygiene and cross-functional collaboration. Own budgeting and vendor/resource accountability, manage vendor performance and financial reporting, and communicate progress to management and stakeholders. Provide technical mentorship and architecture guidance, collaborate with Solution Architects and platform teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with guardrails. Demonstrate expertise in automation tooling and analytics platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Snowflake, Power BI). Nice-to-haves include global delivery experience, reusable automation components, Copilot adoption, and automation-ops exposure. Educational requirement includes a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MCA, or MSc with 10+ years of IT experience and hands-on experience in hyperautomation tool stacks.
