Job Summary
Implement corporate IT standards and security requirements, aligning local infrastructure with global architecture while driving initiatives and ensuring remediation closure. Independently deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure projects for offices and retail stores, including site surveys, cabling planning, hardware deployment, and system commissioning. Establish standardized PC endpoint frameworks, manage bulk deployments, and administer core enterprise systems such as AD, PBX, email platforms, Citrix virtualization, and Synology NAS. Maintain AV conferencing systems, access control, CCTV, IP telephony, and multi-function printers while providing on-site support alongside HQ teams. Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement and liaise with local regulators, external auditors, and third-party vendors. Provide regular updates to HQ and local management on incident escalations and resolution status. Develop technical documentation and operational SOPs to standardize local IT workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant IT infrastructure and operations experience
- senior-level expertise with end-to-end project ownership
- Able to prioritise workload autonomously
- proactively identify IT risks and operational issues and drive resolutions with full ownership of outcomes
- Solid project coordination skills to break down tasks, track progress and anticipate risks
- Sound knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS and macOS
- proven experience in endpoint standardisation
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- capable of resolving common network issues independently
- Able to develop IT implementation plans with strong hands-on skills to execute hardware installation and system deployment following corporate standards
- Practical experience in Windows Server, AD, email systems, PBX, virtualisation and NAS administration
- Business-fluent English for stakeholder communication and technical documentation writing
- comfortable working across time zones and multicultural teams
Desired Qualifications
- MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Administrator or equivalent certifications
- Mandarin
- Knowledge in DRP/BCP operations
- Experience liaising with local regulators
