Job Summary
Provide support for local and remote users by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and other IT systems while monitoring performance and implementing upgrades. Manage network hardware, software, and services like email and VPNs to ensure optimal performance and security. Implement and enforce IT policies, create technical documentation, and analyze system data to identify areas for improvement. Oversee the implementation of new technology solutions and mentor other IT team members. Requires 4-6 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks (including LAN/WAN), operating systems (Windows Server- Linux), and relevant software applications
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze system data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in a similar IT role
