Job Summary
Senior IT Specialist responsible for hands-on IT support at the Perris, CA distribution center, balancing warehouse-floor IT infrastructure, office IT needs, and warehouse-specific technology management. Acts as liaison for WMS issues, configures/troubleshoots handheld devices (e.g., Zebra, Honeywell), maintains printing infrastructure, handles network and IoT connectivity, cabling, and vendor coordination. Supports onboarding/offboarding, and provides end-user support across Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure; requires 5+ years of IT support in warehouse/logistics and the ability to work on-site, with travel up to 10% and flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, with multiple years’ supporting IT in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Technical Proficiency: Experience administering Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure
- Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi AP’s, SFP’s, cabling standards
- Familiarity with label printing technology (Zebra is a plus)
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently but also in collaboration with the IT Operations team
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk on concrete warehouse floor; work in an air-conditioned room when needed supporting MDF infrastructure
- Travel may be required for up to 10% of the time
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to client locations
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call
