Job Summary
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and telecommunication systems while administering Office 365, Microsoft Azure, VMware ESXi/vSphere, backup, and endpoint security solutions. Monitor system performance, security, and availability, and implement ICT security and disaster recovery procedures. Provide technical support to resolve escalated ICT issues and lead the ICT team through onboarding and training new employees. Cooperate with management on ICT strategy, budgeting, and infrastructure improvements. Fluent English and mandatory Czech language skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar IT / System Administration / Team Lead role
- Strong knowledge of networking, VoIP, firewalls, VPNs, and Microsoft environments
- Experience with Azure, VMware, and Office 365 administration
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Czech language proficiency is mandatory
