Senior IT Specialist

Senior IT Specialist responsible for delivering world-class IT support to Clio's global team. Key duties include leading by example and mentoring team members, onboarding new employees to systems and technologies, maintaining hardware inventories via asset-management tools, owning procurement and logistics for hardware and software, enforcing IT security protocols, collaborating with management to assess near- and long-term technology needs, and creating documentation to standardize IT processes. The role supports a hybrid work environment with in-office requirements for local Clions (Dublin included) at least twice per week, and emphasizes continuous growth, shared best practices, and a strong emphasis on security and user enablement.
