Job Summary
Senior IT Solutions Sales Expert capable of winning complex deals in the Hungarian market. Sell custom software development and IT solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to close. Build strong client relationships, translate business needs into winning offers, and work closely with delivery and presales teams to shape proposals. Requires 10+ years of IT sales experience in solution selling, a solid background in custom software development sales, and a senior, proactive, and credible sales profile with excellent Hungarian and professional English; strong negotiation and client-facing skills. Hybrid/remote working in Budapest is supported, with an emphasis on selling across Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Digital Workplace offerings to address client needs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in IT sales / solution sales
- Solid background in custom software development sales
- Senior mindset: proactive, credible, independent, commercially sharp
- Excellent Hungarian and professional English
- Strong negotiation and client-facing skills
