Job Summary
Senior IT Service Specialist responsible for onsite support in the Warsaw office, covering incident management, request fulfillment and facility management. Tasks include hardware/software/network support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers, asset management, onboarding/offboarding, IT policy guidance, and coordination of office moves. Collaborates with global IT teams and participates in global IT projects; occasional travel within EMEA. Requires 3+ years in a similar role, experience with Microsoft/ Citrix/ VMware/ Azure/ Salesforce, ITIL certification, and ITSM tools (Jira, Confluence); strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar IT Service/Desk role
- Experience with 1st and 2nd line support on Infrastructure/Cloud and business applications
- Experience with IT remote and local support across cultures/time zones
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft Platforms & Applications, Citrix, VMware, Azure, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to provide onsite support for internal users’ hardware
- ITIL Foundation or higher level certification
- Proficient process knowledge and documentation skills
- Knowledge and experience using ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
