Job Summary
Coordinate development, innovation, and lifecycle management activities for business-critical IT and OT services, acting as the primary link between business stakeholders and IT teams. Lead IT assignments, projects, and improvement initiatives while managing service plans, quarterly budgets, and governance materials. Monitor timelines, costs, risks, and deviations to ensure structured, quality-assured delivery. Manage external suppliers and handle escalations within complex enterprise environments, supporting Agile ways of working. Requires minimum 6 years of senior IT leadership experience, fluent Swedish, and public sector procurement background. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience within the last 10 years in a senior IT-related leadership role, such as IT Project Manager, IT Service Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, IT Application/Service Management Lead, or similar
- Proven experience monitoring and managing time, cost, and delivery results
- Experience reporting to management and steering committees
- Experience coordinating multiple IT development activities
- Experience leading or coordinating teams of at least 8 people
- Strong experience working with IT services throughout their lifecycle
- Experience working with complex enterprise IT environments
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 7 years leading procurement activities within the public sector
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 7 years leading external suppliers in connection with IT system implementation or lifecycle management
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 7 years in an IT-related leadership role connected to Agile teams and software development, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Requirements Analyst
