Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized Information Technology positions within a public-sector environment. Develop sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates, conduct recruiter screenings, and partner with hiring managers to define requirements. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while preparing submission packages, assessments, and interview summaries. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and track recruiting metrics in the ATS. Mentor junior recruiters and support recruiting best practices. Requires five years of IT recruiting experience with demonstrated success in cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, software development, cloud, and enterprise application roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five (5) years of IT recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, software development, cloud, and enterprise application professionals
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networking platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting government or public-sector clients
- Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
