Job Summary
Manage client-facing projects, migrations, and upgrades for new MSP clients while executing server migrations, DNS management, and VLAN configuration. Configure and maintain Windows Server, Office 365 Suite, Intune, Exchange, and SharePoint environments. This hybrid role in Dublin or Galway requires an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with at least three years leading client projects. Candidates must possess a Microsoft Partner background and legal right to work in Ireland. A company vehicle, salary, and guaranteed career progression with relevant training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- MSP or Microsoft Partner experience
- Senior IT Support Engineer L2 or L3
- At least 3+ years senior experience on client projects such as migrations
- Windows Server
- Office 365 Suite
- Intune management
- Server Migration
- DNS management
- VLAN configuration and management
- Exchange Configuration and management
- SharePoint configuration and Management
- Living in Ireland
- Legal to work in Ireland
