Job Summary
Lead end-to-end systems integration projects in SAP for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), managing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Develop comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure successful implementation. Analyze complex business processes to design optimized SAP integration solutions, oversee vendor management, and conduct system testing and user acceptance testing protocols. Ensure all implementations comply with FDA regulations, GxP guidelines, and pharmaceutical industry best practices while mentoring project team members and documenting deliverables for organizational knowledge management.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in IT Program Management
- demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives
- some hands-on Project Management experience
- ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage multiple system integration projects simultaneously
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with system integrations in SAP
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- including FDA compliance
- GxP standards
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
