Job Summary
Senior IT Program/Project Manager specializing in SAP system integrations for LIMS and MES in the pharma/life sciences sector. Responsible for leading end-to-end SAP integration projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources; developing project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies; collaborating with IT, operations, QA, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful implementation; ensuring FDA regulatory compliance and GxP adherence; overseeing vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring; coordinating system testing, validation, and UAT; communicating status to executives; mentoring project teams; and documenting deliverables and lessons learned. Requires 8+ years in IT program management, 5+ years of SAP integration experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in IT Program Management, with demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives with some hands-on Project Management experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with system integrations in SAP
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, including FDA compliance and GxP standards
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and system architecture design
