Job Summary
Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic Commercial Applications projects, managing planning, execution, go-live, and operational handover. Govern scope, timelines, budget, and quality risks while coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Commercial platforms. Execute financial planning, resource management, and delivery forecasting to ensure successful project execution, alongside proactive issue management and transparent executive reporting. Collaborate with international teams and external partners to implement digital transformation initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and commercial excellence. Contribute to global standardization of commercial platforms and modernization efforts within a global healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or transformation initiatives within international environments
- Proven track record delivering large-scale Commercial Applications or enterprise application projects
- Strong experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and traditional delivery approaches
- Experience with Commercial Applications such as Salesforce, Veeva, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, or comparable CRM and customer engagement platforms
- Solid understanding of enterprise application landscapes, integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Experience managing external implementation partners and global vendor ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across business and IT functions
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile certifications are an advantage
- Additional languages are a plus
