Job Summary
Drive complex technology and security change programs from planning to delivery, owning timelines, budgets, and risks while coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, security specialists, architects, and business stakeholders. Report to senior leadership with clear, structured updates to enable quick decision-making, align departments, manage cross-team dependencies, and clear obstacles before they become blockers. Ensure delivered changes take root in the organization rather than simply going live. Requires 7+ years of IT project or program management experience, proven end-to-end delivery of major technology or security-driven change, and comfort with ambiguity in large corporate environments. Change management certification is a strong advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT project or program management experience
- Proven end-to-end delivery of major technology or security-driven change
- Structured written and spoken communication in English
- Comfort with ambiguity
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to cyber security, resilience or risk programs
- AI-related initiatives
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a big organisation
- Change management certification (PROSCI, APMG or similar)
