Job Summary

Lead planning, governance, and delivery of a portfolio of Enterprise Content Management, Knowledge Management, Collaboration, Search, AI Enablement, and Digital Workplace initiatives. Manage project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource plans while collaborating with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives. Drive end-to-end project execution through all lifecycle phases, including initiation, planning, testing, deployment, and closure, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and SDLC processes. Establish project governance structures, facilitate steering committee meetings, and provide executive-level communications regarding project status and risks. Build relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and executive sponsors to drive consensus and alignment. Forecast resource needs, coordinate internal and third-party teams, and support organizational change management and user adoption activities. Monitor vendor deliverables, manage scope and budget changes, and conduct project retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Work beyond scheduled hours as required and handle additional related projects as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional [PMP] certification
  • At least 8 years of information technology experience
  • At least 5 years' of experience in a professional services, legal, technical or software environment
  • At least 3 years' executive level engagement and customer service
  • At least 3 years' Agile, SCRUM or waterfall/agile hybrid experience
  • Expert knowledge of project management best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of software development procedures and tools
  • Advanced knowledge of customer service practices and philosophy
  • Advanced understanding of technical terms, documentation and technologies
  • Advanced understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) policies, standards and procedures
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Advanced proficiency in Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, Portfolio and Structure

Desired Qualifications
