Job Summary
Direct complex IT projects involving cross-functional teams and matrix partners, including product launches, system integrations, and infrastructure deployments. Manage the full project lifecycle, establish financial forecasts, and track milestones while mitigating risks and resolving stakeholder conflicts. Lead multi-disciplinary planning sessions, facilitate executive meetings, and influence enterprise-wide initiatives through strategic communication and negotiation. Mentor colleagues, build strong sponsor relationships, and ensure business requirements are met within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years' work experience in IT Project Management
- healthcare experience
- Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects
- Proven ability to build strong and positive relationships and quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders
- Proven ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication capability and presentation skills
